Step 1: Complete and submit the Application Form. Follow the simple steps on the Online Application and attach relevant certified documentation.

Download the Application Form and complete the details. Then scan and email the Application Form with the relevant certified documentation to info@menzies.vic.edu.au

Step 2: Application is assessed. We will contact you via email or phone to take the Pre-Training Review or BKSB.

 

Pre-Training Review and BKSB are used to assess candidates literacy and numeracy standard. Candidates applying for all courses except for the Diploma of Nursing are required to take the Pre-Training Review. Diploma of Nursing candidates are required to take the BKSB.

Step 3: You will attend the interview or take the Pre-Training Review or BKSB. Step 3: If successful with Pre-Training Review or BKSB, you will be issued a Letter of Offer from Menzies Admissions Team. You may be invited for an interview with the course coordinator before Letter of Offer is issued.
Step 4: Conditions (if any) on Letter of Offer must be fulfilled.
Step 5: To accept your offer, please sign Letter of Offer and make payment.

We will issue you a Confirmation of Enrolment.
Step 6: Confirm receipt of payment
Step 7: Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) issued.
Step 8: Apply for your Student Visa Please refer to www.immi.gov.au on how to apply for your Student Visa.
Step 9: Make travel arrangements. Students must attend Orientation Day as stated on Letter of Offer (LOO) Documents to bring on Orientation Day: – eCOE- Letter of Offer
